What we do
We look at how work gets done, where information gets held up, and which steps create unnecessary work. We set priorities, plan the digital transformation process, and help make the change part of everyday work.
A missing piece becomes a design, then a product used on the web or a mobile device.
Digital products and software
We build websites and applications and adapt existing software to new needs. When a product is still an idea, we first establish who will use it and why. Its design and development follow from that.
What this can includeWebsites, e-commerce, web and mobile applications, and further development of existing software.

A request is recorded and passed to another tool, then triggers saving, notification and follow-up steps.
Business processes and automation
We look at recurring work, how information moves and where a process slows down. By connecting the tools already in use, we build systems that reduce manual steps.
What this can includeData transfer between tools, notification and follow-up flows, and automation of recurring tasks.

A suitable task is selected. A person reviews and approves the work before the tools carry out the next step. The team learns to use the system and approves its results.
AI in organizations
We examine how an organization works before deciding where AI can help. We select and set up suitable tools, teach the team to use them, and hand over the system. Ongoing operation and maintenance are agreed separately.
What this can includeAssessing needs, selecting and setting up tools, training the team and handing over the system.
A moving point represents the message as it travels from the organization through a channel to its audience.
Brand and communication
We first learn what an organization does, whom it wants to reach, and how it wants to be understood. That shapes its identity, message and choice of channels.
What this can includeBrand identity, communication strategy, messaging and channel planning.
