AI assistants
When the phone rings, your team may be busy with something else, messages keep coming after hours, and the information someone needs may be buried in a file. An assistant helps in all three places.
One assistant, wherever you need it
Your customer calls or writes, your team asks something. The assistant finds the answer in the information you’ve given it and, when needed, passes the matter to your team. We first look at where questions come from and who should answer them, then set up the assistant to match.
Who is it for?
Businesses whose phones ring constantly and can’t keep up with every call, companies that want to reply to messages after hours too, teams that answer the same questions over and over, and organizations whose knowledge is scattered across documents and a few people’s memories.
Where can the assistant work?
On the phone: It answers calls, responds to questions, takes notes or bookings and, when needed, transfers the call to your team.
In messages: It answers questions coming from WhatsApp, Instagram and your website, and passes anything that could turn into a sale or a support case to the right person.
Inside your company: Your team types a question, and the assistant finds the answer in your organization’s documents and shows which document it is based on.
What can the assistant do?

- Replying to messages
- Taking bookings and notes
- Transferring calls to your team
- Answers with sources from your documents
- Permissions by person and department
- Summarizing long documents
- Drafting text
- Connecting to the tools you use
- Reviewing call and question logs
- Team training
An off-the-shelf tool or a custom setup?
For a small team and a small number of documents, setting up an off-the-shelf AI tool properly is often enough. You get started quickly, and the initial cost stays low.
If it needs to answer the phone, reply to messages, have permissions per person or connect to your own systems, a custom setup is the better choice. We look at which one suits you together, before you decide.
What affects the price?
The price depends on the channels the assistant will work in, the volume of calls and messages, the number of documents, the systems to be connected and where the data will be stored. Once we’ve talked about what you need, we send a quote with a clear scope.
Frequently asked questions
Does the caller know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. The assistant introduces itself at the start of the call. Anyone who prefers can say they want to speak to your team.
Can the assistant give wrong answers?
Yes, AI can make mistakes. That’s why we set up the assistant to work only with the information you give it; on important decisions, a person has the final check.
What happens if the assistant can’t answer?
We set it up so it doesn’t make up answers on topics it doesn’t know. It passes the matter to your team, or takes a note and sends it to you.
Will our current phone number change?
In most cases it doesn’t need to. It depends on your line and your carrier; we look at it together before setup.
Can it connect to WhatsApp and Instagram?
Yes. This requires a Meta business account and Meta’s approval conditions. We go through the process together; how long approval takes depends on Meta.
Does our information leave our systems?
That depends on the chosen setup. If you choose a cloud-based model, yes: the parts relevant to the question are sent to the model provider. If you have stricter requirements, you can consider fully closed setups that run on your own servers. We settle this together before setup. On the phone and WhatsApp, conversations pass through the carrier or Meta.
Are calls recorded?
If you want them to be. If a call is recorded, the caller is told. We decide together where data is kept and for how long, in line with GDPR, Turkey’s KVKK or whichever rules apply to you.
Can everyone in the company see every document?
In a custom setup, each person only gets answers from the documents they have access to. We decide the permission structure together before setup.
What happens when information changes?
We set how updates work during setup. We teach your team how to add new information to the assistant.
Which languages can it speak?
The languages you need. We add them to the scope and test each one separately.
Are there monthly costs after setup?
For most setups, yes. Model usage and, if there is one, the phone line fee vary with usage. We list them separately in the quote.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the channels and the scope. We share a clear timeline with the quote.
Who owns the code?
We discuss code ownership based on the scope of the work and put it in the agreement.
How is the assistant handed over to us?
We agree on how the handover will work at the start of the project. We hand it over after teaching your team how to use it.
How long is support provided?
We provide support for bugs and issues for the first six months after delivery. After that, it depends on the contract.
