We begin by deciding what we want to change and who should benefit. We choose tools to serve that purpose.

AI can help with research, organizing information and preparing drafts. People still need time to assess the work and make decisions.
Decision and responsibility stay with people
We assess the result and correct it when needed. A person must approve the work before it is put into use. People decide what gets done and whether the result is acceptable.
We are continuing to develop this approach.
