QR menu and digital menu

No more reprinting the menu every time a price changes, collecting worn-out cards or translating it item by item for foreign guests.

PanelQR codeMenu

You update the menu, guests see it right away

Guests scan the QR code on the table with their phone, and your menu opens without downloading an app. You change prices, items or photos from the admin panel; the QR code stays the same and the menu updates right away. We first look at how your business runs, then suggest the option that suits you.

Who is it for?

Restaurants, cafés, bars, patisseries, hotel restaurants and any business that sells food and drink. Places whose menu changes often, places with many foreign guests, and places that want to take orders at the table.

Ready-made package

For businesses that want to start quickly and at low cost. We set up your menu, and you update it from the panel.

Custom-built menu

If you want the menu to work the way your business does. The design and features are built around you.

Which one suits you?

If you want to show your menu on phones and update prices easily, the ready-made package is enough. If you want to take orders at the table, accept payment by phone or have it work with your POS system, a custom-built menu is the better choice. You can also start with the ready-made package and move to a custom-built one later.

What affects the price?

The ready-made package comes at a fixed price. The price of a custom-built menu depends on the features you need, POS and payment connections, the number of branches and the design. Once we’ve talked about what you need, we send a quote with a clear scope.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to download an app?

No. When the QR code is scanned, the menu opens in the phone’s browser.

Can I change the prices myself?

Yes. You update prices, items and photos from the admin panel. Changes show up on the menu right away.

Do I need to reprint the QR codes when the menu changes?

No. The QR code stays the same; the menu behind it is updated.

How many languages can the menu have?

As many as you need. We prepare the translations together and make them editable from the panel.

Can I move from the ready-made package to a custom-built menu?

Yes. Your menu and items move to the new setup, so you don’t have to enter them again.

Can orders and payments be taken at the table?

With a custom-built menu, yes. Orders go to the kitchen or the till. For payments, we set up a connection with the payment company you work with.

Will it connect to my POS system?

That depends on the connections your POS system allows. We look at it together before setup.

Does it work on my own domain?

Yes. The menu can open on your business’s own address.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The menu opens over the internet on the guest’s phone, so your business’s connection doesn’t affect it. If you use table ordering, the device that receives the orders needs to be online.

How long does setup take?

The ready-made package is set up quickly. For a custom-built menu, it depends on the scope; we share a clear timeline with the quote.

Are there monthly costs?

There is a server cost to keep the menu online. With a custom-built menu, there may also be separate fees for payments and other services. We list them separately in the quote.

Who owns the code?

With the ready-made package, the software stays with us and your menu content is yours. With a custom-built menu, we discuss code ownership based on the scope of the work and put it in the agreement.

How long is support provided?

The ready-made package is supported for as long as you use it. With a custom-built menu, we provide support for bugs and issues for the first six months after delivery; after that, it depends on the contract.
