AI in your organization and team training
Some of your team may already be using AI: some with personal accounts, some pasting in customer information, some without trusting it at all. The real work is bringing this into order, with your organization’s rules and the right tools.
First how you work, then the tools
We work out where AI will help by studying how you work today. We choose and set up suitable tools and teach the team how to use them. We hand the system over to your team; ongoing maintenance and operation are agreed separately.
Who is it for?
Organizations whose teams use AI in an unplanned way without rules, managers who can’t decide which tool to choose, companies worried about customer and company information leaking out, and businesses that want to train their team in this area.
What do we do?
- Reviewing how you work and identifying suitable tasks
- Choosing and comparing tools
- Setting up business accounts
- Usage rules and a data privacy policy
- A library of ready-made prompts and templates
- An assistant that works with your organization’s documents
- Team training by role
- Briefings for managers
- Measuring usage
- Handover and next steps
Where does the data stay?
The most common risk is the team entering customer and company information into free tools on personal accounts. Business versions come with different data terms; we set rules on which information can go into which tool. We check the contract and privacy terms together before choosing.
An off-the-shelf tool or a setup built for your organization?
For most teams, a well-chosen off-the-shelf AI tool, organized with clear rules, is enough. You get started quickly, and the initial cost stays low.
If it needs to work with your organization’s documents, have permissions per person or connect to your own systems, a setup built for your organization is the better choice. We look at which one suits you together, before you decide.
What affects the price?
The price depends on the size of the team, the processes to be reviewed, the number and format of training sessions, the tools to be set up and whether a custom setup is needed. Once we’ve talked about what you need, we send a quote with a clear scope.
Frequently asked questions
Which AI tool should we choose?
There’s no single right tool. We compare a few options based on your team’s work, the software you use and the data terms, and decide together.
Will our data be used to train the AI?
That depends on the terms of the tool and the version you choose. In most business versions this is off or can be turned off. We check the terms together before choosing.
Our team isn’t technical. Will the training be hard?
No. We run the training with examples from each person’s own work, with no technical knowledge needed.
How is the training delivered?
In person or online, in small groups by role. Each group works on examples they’ll use in their own work.
Do you write the usage rules?
We prepare them together with your organization. The rules set out which information can go into the tools, how output is checked and who is responsible.
What if the AI gives wrong information?
It can. That’s why the training teaches how to check output, and the rules make sure a person has the final check on important work.
What should we do about data protection?
We set out in the rules which tools personal data can go into and where it is processed, in line with GDPR, Turkey’s KVKK or whichever rules apply to you. For a legal assessment, we recommend working with your legal advisor.
Can we start with a small team first?
Yes, and that’s the approach we recommend. We start with one team or one task and roll it out more widely once we see the results.
Are there monthly costs after setup?
For most setups, yes. Per-user fees for business accounts vary by tool. We list them separately in the quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the team and the scope. We share a clear timeline with the quote.
Who provides support after handover?
We provide support for bugs and issues for the first six months after delivery. Ongoing maintenance and new training sessions depend on the contract.
