Stock and production tracking software
Which raw materials are left, which job is at which stage, when will the order ship? You shouldn’t have to walk down to the workshop or call someone to find out.
One view from warehouse to shipment
Raw materials enter the warehouse, are used through production orders, finished products move into stock and orders are shipped. As each step is recorded, stock updates on its own. We first look at how your production really runs, then set up the system to match.
Who is it for?
Workshops and production facilities, businesses that manufacture in food, textiles, furniture and similar fields, teams that track stock in Excel and notebooks, and managers who want to see in one place which stage an order is at.

Running it on Excel?
Excel does the job while things are small. The trouble grows once the file gets copied and the same stock starts showing different numbers in different places. We can take your current files as a starting point and carry the layout your team is used to into the new system.
Off-the-shelf ERP or a custom system?
If your production follows a common pattern and you need comprehensive software, an off-the-shelf ERP may be the better choice. Many features come ready-made, but you may have to adapt your work to it.
If your way of working is specific to you, or you only want to track certain steps, a simpler custom system fits better. We look at which one suits you together, before you decide.
What affects the price?
The price depends on the number of production steps, the structure of your products and recipes, the number of users and warehouses, hardware needs such as barcode scanners, and the systems to be connected. Once we’ve seen how you work, we send a quote with a clear scope.
Frequently asked questions
Can I import my stock data from Excel?
Yes, if it’s structured suitably. Scattered records may need tidying first; we review this together when defining the scope.
How is it used if there’s no computer in the workshop?
The system is designed to work on phones and tablets too. Your team records work from wherever they are.
Does stock go down automatically during production?
Yes. If a recipe is defined, the raw materials used are deducted from stock as production is recorded, and finished products are added to stock. You can also record waste and discrepancies separately.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
It isn’t required. Barcodes or QR codes speed things up if you want them. A phone camera is enough for most work; for heavy use, a scanner is the better choice.
Will it work with my accounting software?
We set up connections based on the software you use. We confirm this when defining the scope.
Can data be collected automatically from machines?
That depends on the connections the machine allows. If there’s no connection, your team enters quantities from a phone or tablet. We look at it together before setup.
Can batches and expiry dates be tracked?
Yes. In fields such as food, we can set it up to track which batch went to which order.
What if there are several warehouses or facilities?
Each warehouse and facility’s stock is tracked separately, and the total is visible too. We decide together who sees what.
Can we start with stock only?
Yes. It’s a good starting point for most businesses. Production and shipment steps can be added later.
Where is our data stored?
We decide together where the data will be stored and who can see it. You stay in control of it.
Are there monthly costs after setup?
For most setups, yes. Server fees, and fees for any services used, vary with the setup. We list them separately in the quote.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the production steps and the scope. We share a clear timeline with the quote.
Who owns the code?
We discuss code ownership based on the scope of the work and put it in the agreement.
How is the system handed over to us?
We agree on how the handover will work at the start of the project. We hand it over after teaching your team how to use it.
How long is support provided?
We provide support for bugs and issues for the first six months after delivery. After that, it depends on the contract.
