What changes with your own platform?
The rules are yours. You don’t depend on another platform’s commission, price changes or limits. Student records and communication stay with you.
The flow follows the way you teach: teachers, students and admins each work on their own screens, and new features are added as needs grow. If you have only a few students, an off-the-shelf solution may be enough.
What affects the price?
The price depends on the number of students and teachers, your need for live lessons and video, payment integrations, whether you want a mobile app and whether custom development is needed. Once we’ve talked about what you need, we send a quote with a clear scope.

Yes. We first map out your levels, terms and groups together, then set up the platform to match.
How do live lessons work?
A suitable live lesson service is connected to the platform. We choose it together based on your number of lessons and students.
Can we move our current students over?
If your records are in a suitable format, they can be imported. We review this together when defining the scope.
Can I manage the platform myself?
Yes. You add lessons and handle students and certificates from the admin panel.
Does the platform run on my own domain?
Yes. The platform is published on your own domain. If you don’t have one yet, we help with that too.
Where are the videos stored?
We choose a suitable video service based on the number of videos and how much they’re watched. We settle this together before setup.
What happens if the number of students grows?
We choose the infrastructure for the growth you expect. As student numbers rise, server and video capacity are expanded accordingly.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the chosen setup and the scope. We share a clear timeline with the quote.
Who owns the code?
We discuss code ownership based on the scope of the work and put it in the agreement.
How is the platform handed over to us?
We agree on how the handover will work at the start of the project. We hand it over after teaching your team how to use it.
How long is support provided?
We provide support for bugs and issues for the first six months after delivery. After that, it depends on the contract.
