Mobile app

You may have an idea for an app, or you may need a tool your customers and team will use every day. Either way, the work starts by making clear who will use what, and why.

DesignDevelopmentStore

First the user, then the screens

We work out together who will open the app, at what moment and for what. We design the screens around that, develop an app that runs on iPhone and Android, and publish it in the app stores. We’re building the mobile app for our own product, ATLAS, the same way.

Who is it for?

Businesses that want to offer their customers an app, companies looking for a mobile tool for their field teams, entrepreneurs who want to bring an app idea to life, and organizations that want to bring their existing web system to the phone.

What can the app include?

An app or a mobile-friendly website?

If your goal is to share information or take the occasional application, a website that works well on phones is often enough. Users don’t have to download anything, and costs stay low.

If people will open it often, or you need notifications, the camera, location or offline use, a mobile app is the better choice. We look at which one suits you together, before you decide.

Have an idea? Where we start

We don’t try to build everything on day one. We define a first version that does the most important job of your idea and test it with real users. Further steps are added based on how users respond.

What affects the price?

The price depends on the number of screens, features such as sign-in, payments and notifications, the systems it connects to, whether you need an admin panel, and the scope of the design. Once we’ve talked about what you need, we send a quote with a clear scope.

Frequently asked questions

Will it work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. We develop the app to run on both platforms together. Where needed, we handle platform-specific parts separately.

I have an idea but don’t know where to start. What should I do?

We start by talking it through. Together we work out who will use it and for what, and what the first version must include, and we define the scope from there.

Who publishes the app in the stores?

We run the publishing process. The app is published on App Store and Google Play developer accounts opened in your name; the accounts are yours.

How long does store approval take?

That depends on Apple’s and Google’s review. It usually takes a few days; if the app is rejected, we fix the issue and resubmit.

Can it use the same data as my current website?

That depends on what your current system allows. If it’s suitable, the app works with the same data; we check together before building.

Can the app take payments?

Yes. Depending on what you sell, the stores’ own payment rules may apply; we clarify which route applies at the start.

Does it work offline?

We can make the parts you need work offline. When the connection returns, the data syncs.

How are updates handled?

New versions are submitted to the stores and update on users’ phones. Small content changes can be made from the admin panel without going through the stores.

Where is user data stored?

We decide together where data is stored and who can see it, in line with GDPR, Turkey’s KVKK or whichever rules apply to you. We also prepare the privacy information the stores require.

Are there monthly costs after launch?

For most apps, yes. Besides server costs, Apple’s developer account has a yearly fee and Google’s a one-time fee. We list them separately in the quote.

How long does it take?

It depends on the number of screens and features. We share a clear timeline with the quote.

Who owns the code?

We discuss code ownership based on the scope of the work and put it in the agreement.

How is the app handed over to us?

We agree on how the handover will work at the start of the project. We hand it over after teaching your team how to use it.

How long is support provided?

We provide support for bugs and issues for the first six months after delivery. After that, it depends on the contract.
